The Block — 2 Cedar Lane
A complete residential landscape delivered for The Block at 2 Cedar Lane, Daylesford. Around eighty hours went into the rear yard alone, with the front and side yards completed alongside it, all inside a fortnight and coordinated with every other trade on site.

Challenges
The team started three weeks behind the rest of the site, in mid-winter conditions, on a program built for five weeks of work.
Solutions
The build was sequenced hour by hour with staged supplier deliveries and multiple crews working parallel zones, so every yard was finished on time without reworking a single element.
