We assess whether the project aligns with our services, location and scheduling before going further.

Site Consultation
We inspect the property, discuss the intended outcome and identify access, levels, drainage and construction requirements.

Scope and Quotation
We prepare a detailed scope outlining the work, materials, allowances and exclusions so the quotation is clear.

Scheduling and Preconstruction
The project is scheduled and materials, access, trades and site preparation are coordinated ahead of the start date.

Construction
The work is completed in organised stages with ongoing communication throughout.

Handover
We inspect the completed work, explain relevant systems and provide care information where required.
A note on availability
Construction availability varies through the year. Project start dates are confirmed during the quotation and scheduling stages, once scope, materials and access have been settled.
